SECTION 15-14.1-36

   § 15-14.1-36  Appeals. – An appeal may be taken from a final order in a proceeding under this chapter inaccordance with expedited appellate procedures in other civil cases. Unless thecourt enters a temporary emergency order, the enforcing court may not stay anorder enforcing a child custody determination pending appeal.
