SECTION 15-16-11

   § 15-16-11  Duration – Modification orrevocation of order. – (a) An income withholding order issued pursuant to this chapter shall remain infull force and effect until modified or revoked.

   (b) The order may be modified or revoked by the court uponapplication and for good cause shown, provided that the payment by the obligorof all support arrearages shall not be the sole basis for modification orrevocation of the income withholding order.
