§ 15-16-16 - Severability.
SECTION 15-16-16
§ 15-16-16 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or the application of it shall for any reasonbe judged invalid, that judgment shall not affect, impair, or invalidate theremainder of the chapter, but shall be confined in its effect to the provisionor application directly involved in the controversy giving rise to the judgment.
