SECTION 15-16-3

   § 15-16-3  Remedies additional. – The income withholding remedy provided in this chapter is in addition to, andnot in substitution for, any other remedy available to enforce a support orderissued in this state or in another jurisdiction. Relief under this chaptershall not be denied, delayed, or affected because of the availability of otherremedies, nor shall relief under any other statute be delayed or denied becauseof the availability of this remedy.
