SECTION 15-21-10

   § 15-21-10  Judicial review. – Any person aggrieved by a determination of the department pursuant to thischapter may seek judicial review within thirty (30) days of the department'sdecision on exemptions or within thirty (30) days of the department's finaldetermination by filing a motion with the court. Commencement of the reviewshall not, unless specifically ordered, stay enforcement of the child supportcollection procedures described in § 15-21-1.
