§ 15-23.1-306 - Inappropriate tribunal.
SECTION 15-23.1-306
§ 15-23.1-306 Inappropriate tribunal.– If a petition or comparable pleading is received by an inappropriate tribunalof this state, the tribunal shall forward the pleading and accompanyingdocuments to an appropriate tribunal in this state or another state and notifythe petitioner where and when the pleading was sent.
