SECTION 15-23.1-610

   § 15-23.1-610  Effect of registration formodification. – A tribunal of this state may enforce a child support order of another stateregistered for purposes of modification in the same manner as if the order hadbeen issued by a tribunal of this state, but the registered order may bemodified only if the requirements of § 15-23.1-611, 15-23.1-613 or15-23.1-615 have been met.
