SECTION 15-24-6

   § 15-24-6  Transmission of wage withholdingnotices to employers. – Within two (2) business days after the date information regarding a newly-hiredemployee is entered into the state directory of new hires, the department shallforward a wage withholding order to the employer unless the employee's incomeis not subject to withholding pursuant to § 15-5-24.
