SECTION 15-4-17
§ 15-4-17 Abolition of interspousalimmunity. – No cause of action shall be barred on the ground that the parties are marriedor were married at the time that the cause of action accrued. The common-lawdoctrine of interspousal immunity is explicitly and totally abrogated.
