SECTION 15-5-16.2.2
§ 15-5-16.2.2 Service of court papers atwork. – No employer in this state is permitted to refuse or obstruct the service offamily court process relating to child or spousal support upon an employee atthe place of employment and the service shall not be grounds for dismissal ofthe employee. The employer may designate an area where the service may beeffected.
