SECTION 15-5-4

   § 15-5-4  Collusion of parties. – Whenever it appears that the absence, adultery, cruelty, desertion, or othercause of complaint was committed or occasioned by the collusion of the parties,and done or contrived with an intention to procure a divorce, no divorce shallbe decreed.
