SECTION 15-7.2-14

   § 15-7.2-14  Objections to release ofinformation. – Any eligible registrant or any adoptive parent may file with the registry anobjection to the release of identifying information. In the event of a verifiedmatch where an objection to the release of identifying information has beenfiled, the court shall hear the objection of the filing party prior to therelease of identifying information and the court shall determine whether it isin the best interests of the parties to release the objected to identifyinginformation.
