SECTION 15-7-19

   § 15-7-19  Appeal from the family court.– Appeals from decrees of the family court under the provisions of this chaptershall be in the same manner as provided in § 14-1-52, and any child madethe subject of a petition may, by next friend, appeal in like manner, but nobond shall be required of, or court costs awarded against, the child or nextfriend.
