SECTION 15-7-20

   § 15-7-20  Jurisdiction of child pendingappeal. – During the pendency of an appeal the family court shall have jurisdiction withrespect to the custody of the child and shall make any orders that may be forthe best interest of the child. This jurisdiction shall continue after verdictor decision until the final determination of the appeal.
