SECTION 15-7-7.1

   § 15-7-7.1  Court proceedings. – The court shall make findings of fact and conclude all hearings on petitionsfor termination of parental rights within one hundred eighty (180) days afternotice to the natural parents has been effectuated. If the court is unable toconclude a hearing within one hundred eighty (180) days, it shall enter anorder setting forth the facts which necessitate an extension of the time period.
