SECTION 15-8-25

   § 15-8-25  Costs. – If the court makes an order declaring paternity and for the support andmaintenance and education of the child, court costs, including the costs oflegal services of the attorney representing the petitioner, expert witnessfees, and all other costs shall be taxed against the defendant.
