SECTION 15-8-8
§ 15-8-8 Clear and convincing evidence.– In any action to establish paternity under this chapter, other than an actionbrought pursuant to § 15-8-2 or § 15-8-3, the standard that must bemet by the plaintiff shall be that of clear and convincing evidence.
