SECTION 15-9-3

   § 15-9-3  Division of taxation within thedepartment of administration as legal representative – Payment of costs.– (a) In any proceeding under this chapter the division of taxation within thedepartment of administration shall represent the department of children, youthand families.

   (b) The division of taxation within the department ofadministration shall remit to the general treasury the net collections afterdeducting all reasonable costs and expenses of any action or proceeding underthis chapter.
