§ 16-11-6 - Designated state official.
SECTION 16-11-6
§ 16-11-6 Designated state official.– The "designated state official" for this state shall be the commissioner ofelementary and secondary education. The commissioner is hereby authorized toenter into contracts pursuant to article III of the agreement in § 16-11-5.
