§ 16-12-1 - "Teacher" defined.
SECTION 16-12-1
§ 16-12-1 "Teacher" defined. – The term "teacher," as used in this chapter, is deemed to include every personemployed as a teacher, supervisor, principal, or superintendent or assistantsuperintendent, of schools, whether employed in schools supported in whole orin part by public funds, or in colleges, or in public institutions, or in thedepartment of elementary and secondary education.
