SECTION 16-12-8
§ 16-12-8 Extension of general laws toinclude certified teachers in state schools. – (a) The general laws which apply to certified teachers in the cities and townsshall apply equally to certified teachers in state schools.
(b) The provisions of § 16-60-7.2 shall also applyequally to certified teachers in state schools.
