SECTION 16-2-12

   § 16-2-12  Joint superintendent employed bytwo or more cities or towns. – The school committee of two (2) or more cities or towns, in which the aggregatenumber of schools shall not be more than sixty (60), may by vote unite for thepurpose of the employment of a superintendent of the schools of the severalcities or towns.
