SECTION 16-2-21.5

   § 16-2-21.5  Notification of state schoolaid to school districts. – Any requirement that the department of elementary and secondary educationnotify the local school districts of state education aid estimates prior to thesubmission of the governor's budget presentation is suspended until furtheraction by the general assembly. The department shall provide state educationaid estimates based upon the governor's budget submission and shall supplementthese estimates upon the passage of the budget by the general assembly.
