SECTION 16-2-28.2

   § 16-2-28.2  Kindergarten multiplesessions. – All public and private schools that provide multiple kindergarten sessionsshall make every effort to give written notice to parents, thirty (30) daysbefore the start of the school year, which kindergarten session their child hasbeen placed.
