SECTION 16-2-31

   § 16-2-31  School crossing guard equipment.– All municipal school systems in this state shall provide flags, belts, apparel,and devices to children acting in the capacity of school crossing guards, andthis equipment shall be made from retro-reflective and/or fluorescent materialsvisible both day and night at three hundred feet (300') to approachingmotorists using lawful low beam headlights.
