SECTION 16-21-12

   § 16-21-12  Dental treatment provided bytown or city. – The school committee may provide at the expense of the town or city properdental treatment for children, found to be suffering from dental defects orconditions arising from dental defects, whose parents or guardians orcustodians neglect to provide proper dental treatment within one month afterreceiving a notice of the need as required by § 16-21-9.
