SECTION 16-22-6

   § 16-22-6  Duty of school officials toarrange for fire prevention course. – It shall be the duty of the department of elementary and secondary education,school superintendents, school committees, or other committees or personshaving control of public schools in cities and towns to arrange for a course ofstudy in fire prevention, and require its use in each school under its or theircontrol or direction.
