SECTION 16-25-5

   § 16-25-5  Contracts for care of childrenwho are blind or visually impaired. – For the purpose of providing care, maintenance, and education of children whoare blind or visually impaired, the department of elementary and secondaryeducation shall have power to contract with any institution having orfurnishing special education and related services in this or any other state ata contract price within the amount appropriated.
