SECTION 16-26.1-3

   § 16-26.1-3  Annual report to generalassembly. – The board of regents for elementary and secondary education shall annually, onor before January 31st, make a report to the general assembly of the state andcondition of the Rhode Island vision education and services program and astatement of all expenses incurred for salaries, maintenance, tuition, andother items of current expense, together with an estimate of the amount ofmoney necessary to meet the current expense of the next year.
