SECTION 16-26-10

   § 16-26-10  Annual report to generalassembly. – The board of regents for elementary and secondary education shall annually inthe month of January make a report to the general assembly of the state andcondition of the school, and a statement of all expenses incurred for salaries,maintenance, tuition, and other items of current expense, together with anestimate of the amount of money necessary to meet the current expenses of thenext year.
