SECTION 16-29-4

   § 16-29-4  Notice to department of schoolsestablished. – The superintendent of schools of every city or town shall annually, on orbefore the first day of October, notify the department of elementary andsecondary education in writing of the number and location and hours of sessionof schools established and maintained by the school committee in compliancewith the provision of § 16-29-1, and after this shall give immediate andsimilar notice of any school or schools subsequently established during theschool year.
