SECTION 16-3-5
§ 16-3-5 Formation of regional planningboard. – Regional school district planning committees from any two (2) or more cities ortowns may join together to form a regional school district planning board orboards. A regional school district planning board shall organize immediatelyupon its formation by the election of a chairperson, vice-chairperson, andsecretary treasurer.
