SECTION 16-32-17

   § 16-32-17  Appropriations for marinebiology. – The general assembly shall annually appropriate any sum as it may deemnecessary for maintaining the department of marine biology and the marinebiological laboratory; and the state controller is authorized and directed todraw his or her orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of the sum,or so much of the sum as may from time to time be required, upon receipt by thecontroller of properly authenticated vouchers.
