§ 16-33-8 - Appropriations and disbursements.
SECTION 16-33-8
§ 16-33-8 Appropriations anddisbursements. – (a) The general assembly shall annually appropriate any sum as it may deemnecessary for the maintenance and support of the Rhode Island College.
(b) The state controller is authorized and directed to drawhis or her orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of the sum uponreceipt by the controller of vouchers approved by the board of governors forhigher education.
