SECTION 16-33-9
§ 16-33-9 Assent to federal provisions forcollege housing. – All proceeds of the loan or loans received by the board of governors for highereducation for the construction of housing facilities for the Rhode IslandCollege shall be paid to the general treasurer of the state and deposited bythe treasurer in a separate fund to be known as the "Rhode Island Collegehousing loan fund."
