SECTION 16-37-2

   § 16-37-2  Establishment of scholarshipfund. – There is established the best and brightest scholarship fund, sometimesreferred to as the "fund" or the "scholarship fund," which shall be utilized toattract the best and the brightest of the state's high school graduates, asdefined in this chapter, into public school teaching within the state. Thegeneral assembly shall annually appropriate any funds as it deems necessary toimplement the purposes of this chapter.
