SECTION 16-38-13
§ 16-38-13 Remission of fines andforfeitures. – The board of regents for elementary and secondary education may remit allfines, penalties, and forfeitures incurred by any city or town or person underany of the provisions of this title, except the forfeiture incurred by any cityor town for not raising its proportion of money.
