SECTION 16-40-13

   § 16-40-13  Promise of employment –Penalty for violations. – No private school shall promise or guarantee placement or employment as a meansof inducing enrolment, and any person, firm, or corporation which conducts aschool contrary to these regulations and without the approval of the board ofregents for elementary and secondary education or the board of governors forhigher education shall be considered guilty of a misdemeanor and shall besubject to a fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500).
