SECTION 16-40-15

   § 16-40-15  Registers and blanks. –The department of elementary and secondary education or the office of highereducation shall provide registers for all private schools and institutions, andshall prepare blank forms of inquiry for the facts called for in §§16-40-11, 16-40-12; and in doing so shall have special reference to therequirements of the office of education in Washington.
