SECTION 16-40-5

   § 16-40-5  Revocation of approvals. –The approval of the appropriate board as provided in this chapter may forproper cause in the discretion of the appropriate board be revoked, afterhearing upon twenty (20) days' notice of the time and place of the hearinggiven, and of the reasons for the proposed revocation, to any private academy,college, university, or other institution of education by service upon anyofficer of these, upon proof made at the hearing to the satisfaction of theappropriate board that the provisions of this chapter, or the regulations orstandards for approval adopted by the appropriate board to implement thischapter, have been violated by the academy, college, university, or otherinstitution of education, or by the officers of these.
