SECTION 16-40-7

   § 16-40-7  Register of approved schools andrevocations. – The department of elementary and secondary education or the office of highereducation shall keep a written record in a book to be provided and used solelyfor the purpose of recording in this book approvals and revocation of approvalsat its office in Providence for the inspection of any person upon request.
