SECTION 16-41-2

   § 16-41-2  Effective date. – When the authority shall have executed the compact on behalf of this state andshall have caused a verified copy to be filed with the secretary of state, thenthe compact shall become operative and effective as between this state and theother state or states. The authority is authorized and directed to take anyaction that may be necessary to complete the exchange of official documents asbetween this and any other state executing the compact.
