§ 16-45-8 Temporary service to otherregions. – Any resident of the state being qualified shall, until a vocational school isin operation in the region in which he or she resides, be eligible to registerat, receive instruction from, and be issued a certificate by the regionalvocational school serving the inhabitants of the greater Providence area.
