§ 16-48.1-1 - Definitions.

§ 16-48.1-1 Definitions. – (a) "Commissioner" means the commissioner of elementary and secondary educationor the designee of the commissioner.
(b) "Person" when used to describe the owner or operator of afacility which must be licensed or registered with the commissioner includesindividuals, associations, and corporations.
