§ 16-48-4 - Enforcement.
SECTION 16-48-4
§ 16-48-4 Enforcement. – It shall be the duty of the commissioner of elementary and secondary educationto prosecute any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of thischapter, and the commissioner or any duly authorized agent of the commissionermay make complaint for the violation of the provisions of this chapter, and thecommissioner or agent making the complaint shall not be required to give suretyfor the payment of cost.
