SECTION 16-48-7

   § 16-48-7  Injunctive relief. – The superior court is empowered and authorized to grant appropriate injunctiverelief for violations of the provisions of this chapter. All applications forinjunctive relief shall be brought by the commissioner of elementary andsecondary education in the superior court. The commissioner may enforce theprovisions of this chapter through proceedings either under this section or§ 16-48-6 or under both this section and § 16-48-6.
