SECTION 16-50-6

   § 16-50-6  Rules and regulations –Advisory committee. – The commissioner of elementary and secondary education shall adopt rules andregulations for the administration and enforcement of § 16-50-5 and mayestablish an advisory committee of owners or operators of institutions to whichthis chapter applies and of other persons with knowledge in the fields to whichthis chapter applies, to advise it in its administration.
