SECTION 16-57-6.6

   § 16-57-6.6  Exclusion from financial aidneeds test. – Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter or chapter 56 of thistitle, no moneys invested in the tuition savings program shall be considered tobe an asset for purposes of determining an individual's eligibility for a needbased grant, need based scholarship or need based work opportunity offered bythe state under the provisions of chapter 56 of this title.
