SECTION 16-59-14

   § 16-59-14  Pertinence of certain lawrelating to state colleges to board of governors. – The provisions of repealed §§ 16-31-8, 16-31-9, 16-31-10, 16-31-11,and 16-31-13 previously pertinent to the board of trustees of state collegesand made applicable to the board of governors for education are made applicableto the board of governors for higher education; provided, that § 16-59-23shall not apply to members of the general assembly in their capacity as membersof the board of governors.
