SECTION 16-59-5

   § 16-59-5  Meetings of board. – The board shall hold regular meetings at least twice in each quarter of eachcalendar year. All meetings of the board of governors for higher educationshall be open to the public, provided that executive sessions may be held assubordinate parts of public meetings only when matters relating to sensitivepersonnel or collective bargaining are to be heard.
